Before you write
How do we enter an event?
Every event is entered through Golf Genius. Find the one you want on the events page, choose Enter, create a profile for your child and register. There are no regional restrictions, so you can enter any event anywhere in the country.
When will we get our tee time?
Tee times are emailed out within the week before the event, and full results are emailed once the competition has closed. If nothing has arrived by the day before, check your junk folder first, then get in touch.
Can we cancel or move to another event?
Refunds are not issued within three weeks of the event date. Cancel before that and you may be eligible for a refund, subject to an administration fee. You may also be able to transfer the entry to another event in the same calendar year, subject to availability – email us with the event you would like to move to.
How does membership work?
Membership costs £69.99 for the season and brings priority entry, the PING pack and members-only giveaways. It opens on 1 October each year and is bought through Golf Genius. Everything is on the membership page.
Where can we see the standings?
The Order of Merit is updated after every event. Only a player's best five scores of the season count, and the top 8 in each Rookies division and the top 4 gross and top 4 nett in each Masters division qualify for the Grand Final.
